About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in HR documentation and record management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Eligibility

• MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate interested in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research.
